**** The purple variety consists of bromine and taurine, also beta-carotene and anti-oxidants- giving the purple variety a higher nutrient value.
Our seamoss is wild crafted and harvested from the seas of Saint Vincent & the Grenadines and Saint Lucia. It is sun-dried, then shipped to us via U. S. Customs. To prepare the gel, we thoroughly wash and clean the seamoss, then soak it for 5 hours in water and limes. The seamoss is cleaned again and blended into a smooth gel with alkaline water.
The shelf life is 4 weeks refrigerated.
